A cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged in case we determine smoke/smell traces in the room.

Room rates are quoted and paid in our local currency, Euro (€).
The CCRT (Climate Change Resilience Tax) is excluded from all quoted prices, 3.00€ per room daily,
paid cash upon departure.
Cancellation Policy
To secure a room at the Pelagia Aphrodite Hotel, a 30% deposit of your full stay is required within the period stated from our reservations team upon booking. Τhe deposit is a minimum of a night’s payment and having it paid the guest agrees to our cancellation policies. In case of cancellation the minimum cancellation fee must cover a night’s stay. All deposits or refunds are minus any bank fees or commissions that may occur. Our cancellation policy during the peak season, for group reservations or events differs from any other policy and is made known when booking.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation before ArrivalThe deposit will be refunded if your reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
Any cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date results in 100% of the deposit as cancellation fee.
Cancellation after Arrival
Cancellation Fees 50% of the remaining reservation agreement.
No show
Kindly note that no refund of the deposit is given in case of a no show. This includes cancellation for missed or cancelled flights, family emergencies or Covid. We strongly recommend taking out the appropriate travel insurance.
Non-refundable cancellation policy
A non-refundable booking means the full reservation amount is prepaid in total at the time of the reservation. No date alterations or refunds are offered.
